Lovage plant

Lovage is a hardy, perennial herb with a celery-like flavor, often used in soups, salads, and herbal remedies. Growing up to 6 feet tall, it has dark green, serrated leaves, yellow-green flowers, and a strong, aromatic scent. It thrives in full sun to partial shade and well-drained, fertile soil.

Upon receiving lovage starts in the mail, unpack them immediately and water if dry. Let them rest in indirect light for a day. Plant in nutrient-rich, moist soil, spacing them 18-24 inches apart. Water consistently, but avoid waterlogging. Regular pruning encourages bushy growth. Lovage is cold-hardy and returns yearly.
